Aviatrix3D Changes

Note, this will be the last release supporting JDK 1.5 as the maximum target.
All Releases after this will required JDK 1.6.

Major Changes since 2.1

- Completed full internationalisation of the system. All error messages should
  now be completely customisable

- Additional tweaks for state sorting performance

- Additional info available for the performance metrics


Known Remaining Issues

- State of the OpenGL support for SWT is a bit dated. Needs better testing.
