This area contains the setup code for generating the FAQ information.
It contains the java code for generating the FAQ HTML files from the
XML and the text summaries for sending out emails

When something is checked into the code directory, CVS automatically checks
it out internally and compiles the code while placing it in an appropriate
location on disk. This can then be called at any time by the other modules
to run FAQ generation.

The FAQ program works by doing a combination of taking the .txt files and
XML files and throwing HTML around them as appropriate.  Some of the .txt
files contain HTML.  They probably shouldn't long term, but they do now. =(
